Details & Pricing Consultation 1. Please fill out and submit our Pre-Consultation Questionnaire before your meeting. We will contact you for an appointment once the questionnaire is filled out. This will help us to be prepared for your consultation. Preliminary consultations are complimentary and can last from 30 minutes to 1 hour. 2. If available, please bring the following items with you to the consultation: ~Pictures of images that inspire you. Pictures don’t have to be floral designs, any inspirational images that can be found in magazines, books and the Internet. ~ Invitations ~ Pictures of the bride’s dress and attendant’s dresses. ~ Swatches of the colors you are working with to build your wedding theme. ~ You are welcome to bring your fiancé, a friend, or family member to assist you in the decision making process. (We always suggest limiting the number of persons you take to consultations for too many will be too distracting.) 3. A detailed proposal will be emailed to you within a week of our consultation. (Proposals are effective for one month after the consultation date. After one month the proposal is void and then the wedding date will be released to another bride.) 4. Because we book minimal weddings per weekend, our calendar fills quickly. For this reason, we request a 50% non-refundable deposit to book your date. All dates are reserved on a first come first booked basis. 5. Four weeks prior to your wedding we will schedule a sample meeting where in you can get a preview of the fabulous flowers to be used for your original creations. During this meeting we will go over the details and logistics of your wedding day also to make any adjustments to your order. Final payment on the balance is also due at this time. Pricing Guidelines Brassavolas Floral Couture specializes in Fresh Floral Art and Decor. We do not offer wedding packages. Pricing is custom created depending on each individual event, presented only after a consultation. Location, theme, plant materials, color scheme and budget are details that are considered. Your flowers are specifically selected and custom designed to reflect your style and personality. However we understand that you might need general idea about our pricing. We offer two ways of approaching your budget. First, If you have an over all budget established for your wedding, you should plan on spending about 15%-20% on your flowers. Many bridal guides suggest 10%, most brides choose Brassavolas Floral Couture because flowers are high on their priority list. Second, you may also generate a moderate floral budget by figuring between $25.00 - $35.00 per guest for a total wedding floral package. This would include all personal flowers for an average sized wedding party including families, floral decorations for your ceremony, all reception florals and also includes tax, delivery and installation charges. Circumstances such as an extraordinary large wedding party or the necessity to create an entire ceremony setting could add to these costs. Adjustments can be made to accommodate certain needs. We only take on one to two major events per weekend to ensure the quality and personal service that our clients deserve. It is important to call early in your planning process as we book quickly.
